Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Ixara. By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ixara ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Services
Ixara is a personal finance management application that helps users understand their financial data through AI-powered analysis of bank statements, spending categorization, and monthly narrative summaries. Ixara does not access your bank accounts directly. You provide financial data by uploading PDF statements from your bank or e-wallet provider.
3. User Accounts
To use Ixara, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately at hi@ixara.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Subscription & Payments
Ixara offers a Free plan and a Pro subscription plan. The Pro plan is billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners — Midtrans for local Indonesian payments, and Stripe for international payments. Ixara does not store your payment card information.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; (b) upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or connected infrastructure; (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization; (e) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; or (f) resell or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent.
6. Data & Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. PDF bank statements you upload are processed by our AI and permanently deleted immediately after processing is complete. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal financial data with third parties for advertising purposes. 7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Ixara — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI-generated narratives — are owned by or licensed to ixara.app and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ixara does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated analysis, categorization, or narrative. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ixara.app and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Ixara in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
